Since I am new to Western Shack, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Fauzani and I absolutely love to cook! I am so passionate about food that I often find it hard to dine out in restaurants. I find, that I can prepare any dish much better at home! I love to challenge myself, preparing dishes from many different cultures and countries, but my favourite is western food. Western Shack is my place to share my passion with all of you. It's fascinating to learn to use native ingredients creating truly unique and exciting recipes.
