As a student, I'm having time a time constrains to make a dish for my cute tummy. I'm always busy with my test, assignment, and other commitment. The easiest way to cook is by the trying the easy recipe. And this recipe is from my mom and I'm trying it by my own. It's so easy and delicious! So, I'm sharing with you the recipe of Spaghetti Bolognese.

SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

Ingredients (for 5 – 6 pax)

  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 500gm beef/ chicken mince (optional)
  • 250gm tomato puree
  • 250gm tomato sauce
  • 6 cloves of onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (dice)
  • ½ carrot (dice)
  • 3 – 4 pieces mushrooms (dice)
  • 1 cup of water
  • Oregano/ Italian herbs
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Directions

  • For a spaghetti, boiled in a big pan, add salt, when spaghetti is cooked, lift it and toss.
  • For bolognese sauce, stir in onion and garlic till it well cooked.
  • Then, add in beef/ chicken mince.
  • Add in tomato, carrot and mushroom. Fry until it cooked.
  • Add in tomato puree, tomato sauce, and water. Stir.
  • Add in oregano/ Italian herbs.
  • Add salt.
  • Let it boiled for a while and cooked until it become thick.
  • Ready to serve.
