Last Monday, I'm having sore throat and my nose non-stop running. I have no appetite to eat. So, I'm asking my mom to share the recipe of Mushroom Soup. After eating it, automatically my appetite is coming back. So, I'm sharing with all of you Mushroom Soup recipe if you're not feeling well and want to gain your appetite back. This Mushroom Soup is best served with garlic bread.

MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients (for 4 pax)

  • 300ml water (optional)
  • 500ml fresh milk
  • 1 or 2 cube "Pati Ayam Knorr"
  • ½ teaspoon parsley leaf
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • 1 can mushroom in a tin (dice)
  • Directions

  • Add in water and milk into a pan. Let it boil and add cube "Pati Ayam Knorr".
  • Stir it in 2 – 3 minutes. Add black pepper and mushroom. Stir in 15 minutes.
  • Add parsley leaf, butter and salt. Stir in 10 minutes.
  • Flour added with water and stir nicely.
  • Stir it until it cooked and become thick.
  • Ready to serve.
